These include, but are not limited to:

Scale Models:
Physical representation of copy of the proposed projected being commissioned. This allows for both the architect and customer to visually see the design and make appropriate changes where required. Tangible representation provides that key aspect required to fully conceptualize the end product.

3D Models:
This is very close to scale models with the exception that a digitally rendered 3D version is done using a computer.

Spatial Planning:
One of the most challenging aspects of design is how to effectively maximize the available planned space. From truss support to where a cabinet could be placed, architects provide a keen insight and unique perspective in all aspects of spatial planning.

Renovations:
Fueled by today's modern home design shows, no one is immune to the renovation bug. Whether it is a simple change, or complete re-model, the SRD team has a keen eye for design.

Additions:
Sometimes the love of ones home runs so deep that home owners choose to "add" rather than sell. No addition is too small or too big for SRD to handle. We can provide drawings that are guaranteed to meet all municipal by-laws and regulations from a residential or commercial stand point.

Site Plan Development:
This consists of detailed engineering drawings or proposed improvements to a given lot. A site plan usually shows a buildings footprint, travel ways, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines, water lines, trails, lighting, and landscaping and garden elements.
